🧴 How to Use:
  • Fill the pot with lukewarm, sterile salt water (use non-iodized salt).
  • Tilt your head over a sink at about a 45° angle.
  • Insert the spout gently into the upper nostril and let water flow out the other nostril.
  • Breathe through your mouth during the process.
  • Repeat on the other side and gently blow your nose afterward.

Do not share your Neti Pot with others – even close family – as it may spread bacteria or infections. Always rinse the pot well and let it air dry after each use.
